Last year's Groomer of the Year

I have a grooming Tip from Artist Knox, who was the groomer of the year last year. He now has his own show called Beverly Hills Groomer. Artist Knox says that we are not cleaning our dog's collars often enough. He says we should wash the collar once a month.
